Do you offer local delivery within Manhattan?
Yes, we offer local delivery to most Manhattan addresses. Delivery is often free for orders over a certain threshold, depending on your specific zone. Please enter your zip code at checkout to see the available options.
Can you ship wine and spirits outside of New York State?
We can ship wine to many states across the U.S. where laws permit. However, due to federal and state regulations, we are unable to ship spirits (liquor) outside of New York State. Please review our shipping policy for the full list of eligible states.
Is an adult signature required for delivery?
Yes. Federal law requires that all alcohol deliveries be signed for by an adult who is at least 21 years of age. A valid government-issued ID must be presented to the courier at the time of delivery.
What is your policy on corked or flawed bottles?
We want you to enjoy every bottle you purchase. If you believe a wine is corked or otherwise flawed, please re-cork the bottle with the remaining wine and contact us within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit.
Can I place an order online and pick it up in-store?
Absolutely. During checkout, simply select the 'In-Store Pickup' option. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is packed and ready at our Broadway location.
Do you offer professional wine storage or temperature-controlled shipping?
We take great care in how we handle our inventory. During periods of extreme heat or cold, we may recommend holding your shipment in our temperature-controlled cellar until weather conditions are safe for transport.
