At Flatiron Wines & Spirits NYC, we strive to ensure every bottle meets your expectations, though we can only accept returns on corked or flawed products within 30 days of purchase in accordance with New York State law. Please note that all returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt and the remaining contents of the bottle for evaluation.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure the bottle is flawed or corked and was purchased within the last 30 days; we cannot accept returns for wine that has been stored improperly or is simply not to your personal taste.
Contact Our Team
Email our customer service team or visit our Manhattan storefront with your order number and a brief description of the issue to initiate the return process.
Return the Product
Bring the bottle (with at least three-quarters of the liquid remaining) and your original receipt to our shop for a physical inspection by our wine professionals.
Receive Store Credit
Once the flaw is confirmed, we will issue a replacement bottle of the same value or provide store credit to be used on your next discovery.
