AdamsWein, Spatburgunder Heerweg (1er Cru), 2023 [Pre-Arrival ETA 7/15]

This is Pinot Noir (Spatburgunder) from Heerweg, a west-facing, limestone-rich site in Ingelheim classified at the 1er Cru level, and it is Simone Adams's flagship red. She farms biodynamically in northern Rheinhessen and ferments with whole clusters, chasing perfume and precision over power. Bottled with minimal intervention, it shows the transparency and grip that make top German Pinot so compelling.
