Agave de Cortes, Mezcal Joven

For 200 years the Cortes family in Sta. Matatlan, Oaxaca have been farming, foraging and producing Mezcal. They now lead the revolution in Oaxaca, partnering with other traditional and talented Mezcaleros to be stewards of the land and make some of the best Agave spirits around. This entry level is like a gateway drug to the whole line up. Fruity, spicy, just a little bit smokey and very smooth. Perfect for mixing in cocktails or neat.
