Gemischter Satz is Vienna's signature field blend, where a jumble of grape varieties are co-planted, picked, and fermented together, and "Kosmopolit" is Jutta Ambrositsch's cross-city take, drawing on parcels from both banks of the Danube. The blend runs deep, from Gruner Veltliner and Riesling to a grab-bag of rare old varieties, all pressed together in one go. Ambrositsch is among Vienna's most respected natural growers, farming organically and letting terroir speak over any single grape.
