Arnot-Roberts - Duncan Arnot Meyers and Nathan Lee Roberts, working sustainably from Healdsburg since 2001 - handle it the only way you should: stainless-steel fermentation, neutral oak aging, no malolactic theatrics. The benchmarks they cite are Dauvissat and Raveneau, and you can taste it. This is California Chardonnay at its most chiseled, mineral, and Chablisian.
