Le Blanc de Blancs A/18 marks the first vintage of Ayala's signature cuvée formula: 100% Chardonnay from six complementary Grands and Premiers Crus across the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims. After a minimum of six years on lees—far exceeding requirements—the wine receives an Extra Brut dosage of just 5g/l. The 2018 vintage delivered exceptional ripeness and balance.
