Cappelletti, Vino Apertivo

Stylistically similar to Aperol, but arguably more balanced. With a pleasant dry finish, and a little less sweet, Cappelletti is versatile in its usage as a cocktail ingredient, in a spritz, or for mixing with soda and a twist of orange.
