Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso, a northeastern Italian variety, yields this light and crisp dry rosé from Long Island vines. Notes of fresh wild strawberry, herbaceous spice, and clover blossom make this wine an ideal warm-weather pour—versatile enough for grilled meats and cheeses, refreshing enough to sip alone. The lineage is friuli-inspired, but Channing Daughters' Long Island expression strips away pretense in favor of purity and food-friendliness.
