The 2024 comes from estate vines of varying ages, hand-harvested and fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel, then rested on lees to build texture without obscuring the salt-spray clarity of the Atlantic. Expect lemon zest, white peach, green apple and white flowers, with a saline, almost oyster-shell finish that gives the wine its sense of place.
