Domaine de la Bastide, Mediterranée Rosé Figues, 2025

Domaine de la Bastide have seen it all: from the Romans to the Knights Templar and later, the French Revolution, Domaine de la Bastide has stood...and based on the Roman wine vats found on the property, it's been producing wine the whole time. A perfect, summery rosé made from a somewhat surprising blend of 55% Caladoc, 25% Syrah, and 20% Merlot from clay- and limestone-rich soils. It's crisp and delicately fruity with a melange of small red berries and a touch of blood orange. We love the wine, but we also love the domaine's commitment to biodiversity.
