Majas is one of our favorite sources for delicious, honest, clean natural wine, and this Roussillon red is exactly why. Farmed organically on a mix of schist, volcanic stone, and limestone, it's light on its feet, low in alcohol, and built for drinking rather than pondering. Made with minimal intervention and zero fuss, it's the sort of red-berried, mineral, thirst-quenching bottle that disappears from the table before you've noticed. Serve it with a slight chill and don't overthink it.
