Organic since 2008, spontaneous fermentation in open oak vats, minimal new oak (20-30%), whole bunches used sparingly. Corton is one of only two red Grand Crus in the CĂ´te de Beaune. The Vigne au Saint parcel offers powerful, complex terroir expression. Built for decades of aging.
