This Blanc de Blancs cremant is built on Chenin Blanc rounded out with Chardonnay, grown on the dark stone that gives the Anjou Noir its name and farmed organically since the estate certified in 2019. Made in the traditional method with native yeasts and extended time on the lees, it's finished Extra Brut so almost no dosage gets in the way. The result is a Loire bubbly with real backbone: fresh, structured, and alive, closer to grower Champagne in spirit than to easygoing party fizz.
