Frog's Leap founder and winemaker John Williams was employee #1 at Stag's Leap before he become the founder of Napa's first organic-certified winery. He's been making steadfastly elegant Merlot since before the Merlot boom, subsequent correction, and current revitalization, and Frog's Leap Merlot remains a Napa classic.
