This village-level appellation offers excellent value and accessibility compared to the 1er Cru designations, capturing the essential character of Saint-Aubin's mineral-driven terroir without premium pricing. Prudhon's approach maintains consistency with his higher tiers: minimal intervention, respect for terroir, and bottling wine that ages gracefully.
