Isolation Proof, Gin

Borne out of the 2020-21 pandemic quarantine, when the founders found themselves stuck in the Catskills, surrounded by tons of botanicals and enough space to distill neutral grain spirits. Isolation proof gin is a NY State product, with 80% of its ingredients found locally (juniper, coriander, licorice root) and some exotic spices found further afield, like cassia root and and cubeb, a unique spice related to black pepper found in Sumatra. Spicy, perfect for a martini or just sipped on its own, this is a new product we're very excited about.
