Lallier's Reflexion R series is its smartest idea: a cuvee built around a single base year to express the character of that harvest. R.021 is anchored in the 2021 vintage with older reserve wine for depth, aged at least three years on the lees, and blended from Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and a touch of Meunier across grand cru Ay, the Cote des Blancs and beyond. The result is a Champagne with a clear vintage identity and the polish of extended aging, all without the vintage price tag. Citrus, fine bubbles, a whisper of brioche.
