This bottle of dry Lambrusco is supposed to evoke the great times you'll have while drinking it — sharing a bottle with friends or family, enjoying a delicious meal. It's a perfect pairing for so many different kinds of food, but we've been known to crush a bottle or two with some of New York's finest fare, pizza. Denny Bini is one of the humble heroes of this renaissance-revolution. Over the years, he has  slowly been changing his career from historic cellar master of well-known Lambrusco estate to someone with his own vineyards and cellar of mostly metodo ancestrale wines.
