Mars Shinshu Distillery, Japanese Whisky "Iwai"

This whiskey comes from the highest distillery in Japan nestled between the Northern and Southern Alps. This blend gives a nod to American whiskey traditions and makes use of a large percentage of corn and ex-bourbon barrels. Beautiful caramelized fruit flavors of quince and apple with a dollop of roasted vanilla.
