Ampeleia is a biodynamic project in Tuscany's wild Upper Maremma, dreamed up by Elisabetta Foradori — one of Italy's most revered natural winemakers — along with partners who wanted to prove what this coastal corner could do. The Unlitro Bianco is exactly what it sounds like: a full liter of bright, unfussy white for everyday joy. It's a field blend built mostly on Trebbiano with a splash of Vermentino and Malvasia, co-fermented in concrete and kept gloriously hands-off. Think citrus, herbs and a salty snap — a house-pour white that overdelivers by the glass.
