The 2018 blend, led by Merlot and Cabernet Franc, is all about proportion: ripe but not rich, firm but not heavy.
What sets it apart is its calm confidence. There’s dark fruit, yes, but also graphite, tobacco leaf, and quiet spice. The tannins are fine and grippy, the acidity lifted, and the overall impression is one of slow-release depth rather than front-loaded intensity. Aged in mostly neutral oak, the fruit and site stay front and center.
