Their Rkatsiteli Vardisperi is an amber wine made using Georgia’s iconic qvevri method, where the grapes ferment and age on their skins, developing deep complexity and structure. The 2023 vintage highlights the rich, textural side of Rkatsiteli while retaining its natural vibrancy.

Dried apricot, orange peel, and wild honey lead, layered with notes of chamomile, walnut, and warm spice. The palate is structured and tannic, with a long, slightly saline finish that makes it incredibly food-friendly. Best enjoyed with roasted meats, aged cheeses, or hearty vegetable dishes, this is a bold yet balanced expression of Georgia’s winemaking heritage—unapologetically rustic, deeply expressive, and endlessly fascinating.
