Beykush Winery, Telti Kuruk Dry White Wine, 2023

Telti Kuruk is an indigenous Ukrainian variety that was first planted in the Odessa region during the Ottoman occupation. It's slightly aromatic and very mineral, with flavors of peach and fresh herbs. We found Beykush's version to be incredibly elegant and long, with great acidity and minerality.
