Bussay, Csokaszőlő, 2023

Bussay is a tiny family estate now run by Dr. Dori Bussay, farming organically and reviving native varieties like this one, which was popular in the 19th century before nearly vanishing. The 2023 is young, fresh and built for curiosity-seekers, with the deep ruby color and spice the grape is known for.
