The estate comprises 46-47 contiguous hectares on the Listrac plateau at 42 meters—nicknamed "toit du Médoc" (rooftop of the Médoc). Terroir is 80%+ Pyrenean gravel with clay and limestone. HVE Level 3 certified (highest environmental value). Cellars date from 1843. The Blanc is 70% Sauvignon Blanc and 30% Sémillon.
