La Gravotte: 1.2-hectare parcel of stony, flinty clay-limestone, vines 35-40 years old. 95% Pinot Noir, 5% Gamay. Semi-carbonic maceration, native yeast, 8 months in used demi-muids. Unfined, unfiltered, minimal sulfur at bottling only.
