Vespolina, one of Alto Piemonte's native grapes, brings its own aromatic character and spicy personality to this region renowned for mineral-driven wines. The Colombera family has been cultivating vineyards here since the early 1990s, while Cristiano Garella, one of the area's master winemakers, guides production using traditional methods: prolonged maceration, spontaneous fermentation, and barrel aging that respects the wine's natural elegance.
