Château Renard is Fabrice Dodane's fresh, topped-up Arbois Chardonnay — no flor, no oxidation, just clear Jura sunlight in a glass. The estate is farmed organically and biodynamically, worked with native yeasts and next to nothing else, so what you taste is grey marl and limestone talking. It's the kind of white that reminds you the Jura makes some of the most electric Chardonnay in France, full stop.
