This 'Floral' designation signals minimal intervention and primary aromatics: white flowers, golden fruit, a fresh expression that Damien Petit's biodynamic farming amplifies. No filtering, no acidification—just natural fermentation and indigenous yeasts. This is the same grape as the 2018 ouillé, but at opposite ends of the journey: questioning where it's headed, not where it's been.
