Entelecheia is a Finger Lakes, New York project founded by Matthew Denci, one of the youngest head winemakers in the region. The name derives from Aristotle's concept meaning "having an end in itself." Denci graduated from St. John's College (History and Philosophy) and trained in Burgundy (Domaine Dublere), Marlborough, Sonoma, and Australia's Yarra Valley. Recognized by VinePair as one of "15 Winemakers to Watch in 2025." The Waterclock Riesling is sourced from Sheldrake Point Vineyard's original Riesling block. Hand picked, whole cluster pressed, native fermented, barrel aged 23 months. Dry, with smoky character.
