A 2023 Pinot Noir from the north of the Nuits-Saint-Georges appellation, planted on marly-limestone soils similar to Vosne-Romanée. Harvested by hand with 30% whole bunches and given a cool 5-day pre-fermentation maceration, the wine spent 12 months aging in oak (30% new) and was left unfiltered. Rose, violet, lavender and spice characterize the nose, while silky tannins frame fresh red fruit on a lifted, elegant palate with mineral persistence.
