Frank, the Belgian former wine importer who chased Burgundy to Sicily, makes them with no additions and meticulous cellar hygiene, so they shimmer with energy rather than funk. The loftiest vines deliver the most tension, lift and saline cut. The 2021 is young and rewards a decant or some cellar time.
