A solo Carignan from one hectare at the crossroads of three Priorat villages. Gemma MirĆ³ ā Falset native, biologist turned vigneron since 2020 ā bottles La PartiĆ³ from a single one-hectare family plot sitting where Falset, MarĆ§Ć and Bellmunt del Priorat meet. Her grandfather always called the spot "la partiĆ³" ā the dividing line ā and the name stuck. 100% organically farmed Carinyena (Carignan), harvested in early September, fermented semi-carbonically with whole clusters, macerated on skins for a week, then aged seven months in stainless. Unfined, unfiltered, with no added SO2. The wine is fresh, juicy, and gloriously transparent ā Carignan as a thirst-quencher rather than a tannic monolith, with all the mineral lift Priorat is famous for.
