An elegant Erste Lage Riesling from Austria's Kamptal region, sourced from the distinctive Heiligenstein vineyard's southeast-facing terraces. Biodynamic farming and careful whole-bunch pressing preserve purity; natural fermentation in stainless steel and large oak yields a wine of exceptional aromatic clarity. Reddish-brown sandstone terroir imparts minerality, while apricot and bergamot peel notes define the nose. The palate is scented, fluid, and beautifully tapered.
