She is still rebuilding, and this Vidiano comes from younger vines on the mountain slopes of Crete, where the island's rare native whites have always thrived. Vidiano is a grape with extraordinary natural acidity and texture, often compared to Viognier in aromatic generosity but with far more freshness.
