Lieux Communs, Traverse, 2024
Don't let the name fool you, this is not a Languedoc wine. Lieux Communs is an urban winery in Montreal working with fruit grown across Quebec and Ontario, plus their own regeneratively farmed vines in Oka. Traverse is a lively, low-intervention white made from Vidal, fermented naturally with very little sulphur. A fresh, fun, natural pour for the curious; this is a young 2024 to drink chilled and soon. Expect orchard fruit and white flowers in a bright, easygoing style.
