Oregon natural rosé from one of Willamette Valley's most thoughtful small producers. Limited Addition is the project of Master of Wine Bree Stock and her husband Chad—working with more than twenty different varieties across organic and low-intervention sites, with a focus on later-ripening grapes that hold acidity even in warm years. Pink Crush (sometimes labeled Rosé Crush) is a co-fermented blend of roughly 30% Dolcetto, 30% Pinot Noir, and 40% Gamay—the Dolcetto from cool-climate Jubilee Vineyard up in the Eola-Amity Hills. Direct-pressed, naturally colored from ripe skins, aged in neutral barrels and tank. The result is a rosé with real Willamette character: bright fruit, a savory streak, and the kind of structure that makes it dinner-table wine rather than poolside filler.
