A high-elevation Sonoma Cabernet from a striking estate above the fog line. Moon Hollow is a family-owned ranch in Sonoma's Moon Mountain District, where sunset-facing vines sit high enough to escape the marine fog, ripening small-berried clusters that give this Cabernet deep color and firm structure. Certified-organic farming and the cool mountain climate lend it complexity and a herbal lift you don't always find in valley-floor Cabernet. As a young 2023, it's fresh and primary now and will reward a few years in the cellar. Decant if drinking soon.
