'Monk,' an homage to Thelonious Monk, is a single-cru bottling with extra complexity and grip, made with native yeasts and a portion of whole clusters. The 2023 is direct and detailed, with red and dark berry fruit, spice, florals, and a savory granitic backbone. Light-framed but serious; give it a little air and a slight chill.
