A natural-leaning California Syrah from the biodynamically farmed Demetria estate in the Santa Ynez Valley. Purity is a low-intervention project working with native yeasts and minimal sulfur, sourcing from the Rhone-variety plantings high above Foxen Canyon Road in Los Olivos, where cooler hillside sites suit Syrah well. The aim here is transparency - letting the fruit and place show through without heavy cellar manipulation. This is a back-vintage bottle now carrying a few years of bottle development. A characterful, honest take on cool-climate California Syrah for drinkers who like their wines made with a light hand.
