Querciabella, Chianti Classico, 2021 (375ml)

Querciabella is one of Tuscany's pioneering estates, farming its Chianti Classico vineyards organically and biodynamically (and famously vegan, using no animal inputs at all). This is 100% Sangiovese from high-altitude sites in Greve, Radda and Gaiole, aged in a mix of barrels with just a touch of new oak. The result is a polished, classically structured Chianti Classico with bright cherry fruit and savory grip. The 2021 is a fine, balanced vintage; this half-bottle is perfect for a smaller pour or earlier drinking. Enjoy now or over the next several years.
