Renato worked as cellar master elsewhere until 1993, when he and wife Milva purchased land in Starderi and founded their own estate. First bottling: 2000 vintage (1,349 bottles). Now 11 hectares across Neive, Barbaresco, and Treiso. Native yeast fermentation 10-15 days, aged 19-21 months in 5,000-liter Slavonian botti. Organic practices.
