Terah Bajjalieh's Grenache comes from Paicines Ranch — the biodynamic, regenerative project in San Benito County that's quietly become one of California's most exciting fruit sources. Bajjalieh ferments with 75% whole clusters and gentle pumpovers, letting the cool San Benito nights and the ranch's careful farming do most of the work. Founded in 2020 and now making around 1,500 cases, Terah Wine Co. has become a touchstone for minimal-intervention California — organic and biodynamic fruit, native ferments, low sulfur, wines built for the table rather than the score sheet.
