Victoria Torres Pecis is the fifth-generation steward of her family's old winery in Fuencaliente, on the Canary island of La Palma, working ungrafted vines on black volcanic picon with almost no intervention. Sin Titulo is her cuvee that deliberately marries fruit from opposite ends of the island, the high northwest (up around 1,350m) and the warmer south, off vines ranging from 35 to well over a century old. Built mainly on Listan Blanco, it is her most complete expression of the whole island in one glass: saline, mineral and layered. This NV bottling reflects that multi-site, multi-vintage approach. Wild and singular, made in tiny quantities.
