Fermented with whole clusters and wild yeasts in stainless steel, this unoaked expression lets pure Garnacha speak—transparent cherry and cranberry, barely a whisper of oak or new wood to hide behind. It's the kind of wine that shows you how good the vineyard is, not how clever the winemaker is.
