Regional Burgundy from the collaboration between pioneering winemaker Pascal Marchand and Canadian financier Moray Tawse, established in 2011. Marchand took the reins at Clos des Epeneaux in Pommard at just 22 in 1985 and became an early champion of organic and biodynamic viticulture in Burgundy. All fruit comes from biodynamically farmed vineyards. The operation sources from approximately 68 different appellations, purchasing Domaine Maume in Gevrey-Chambertin in 2012.
