Bodegas Hidalgo La Gitana, Manzanilla Sherry, NV (375ml)

Hidalgo la Gitana is one of Jerez's most interesting, terroir-focused bodegas. This comes from two soleras housed in two different bodegas, one of which is the famed Misericordia, contributing to 20% of the blend, the other Bodega Pago Sanlúcar Viejo. Also, uniquely this wine is almost entirely from a single vineyard, Miraflores.
