Fourth Growth Saint-Estèphe with a 375-year history. Founded 1650 when Antoinette de Guillemotte brought the land of "Rochette" as dowry to Pierre de Lafon. Survived the French Revolution intact. September 2021: acquired by Jacky Lorenzetti (founder of Foncia Group). 41-45 hectares across a single-block vineyard spanning two distinct hillsides—gravel for drainage, clay for water retention. 48% Cabernet Sauvignon, 45% Merlot. Oldest Merlot vines planted 1938. 55% new French oak, approximately 18 months total aging.
