Domaine Guy Bocard works 5.6 hectares of exclusively white-wine parcels in the village; since 2022 the cellar has been guided by Philippe Pacalet, with renewed focus on organic viticulture under the Derichebourg family. Les Chanterelles is a single lieu-dit in lower Meursault, planted to 50-year-old Aligote vines on clay-limestone, raised 18 months on fine lees including 12 months in used Burgundy barrels, no new oak. The result is the rare Aligote that drinks like a baby Meursault: fresh, citric, leesy, dynamic and built for the table.
